Nicht Löschbares Feuer plot

Harun Farocki's films are constant meditations on images and their sources. These studies raise questions about the institutions that produce and circulate images. The director's focus is on making associations between the armed forces of the military, science and industry, which are themselves spied on and influenced by military and civilian technologies. In Nicht Löschbares Feuer this is illustrated by the example of Dow Chemical, which produced plastic film for households and at the same time produced napalm for use in the Vietnam War.
