Uppercase Print plot

In 1981, slogans written in chalk appear in public areas of the town of Botosani. The lyrics are socially critical and demand change. The young Mugur Călinescu is soon arrested by the police and finds himself in a process of constant surveillance and intimidation. This reenacted history of Botasani is interspersed with documentary images from the Romanian state broadcaster.
