Iben, Malene, Anne-Lise and Camilla work at a small company in Copenhagen. Their daily routine is marked by power struggles, whispers and alliances. When two of them receive death threats, they suspect that a Serbian war criminal is to blame. After a while, however, the women start to suspect each other.
