"Sometimes silence is the worst lie"
Spain, summer 1936. The famous writer Miguel de Unamuno (Karra Elejalde) decides to publicly support the military uprising that promises to bring order to the country's cramped situation. He is immediately dismissed by the republican government as rector of the University of Salamanca. Meanwhile, General Franco (Santi Prego) manages to add his troops to the rebel front. He begins a campaign to become sole commander and win the war.
