The Scorpion King: Book of Souls plot
In ancient Egypt, the evil general Nebserek discovers a cursed sword, which makes the wielder stronger the more he kills with it. Determined to grow his power, the Scorpion King joins forces with the Nubian princess Tala, the mysterious Amina who hides a magical and dark secret, and her protective golem, in search of the only thing that can defeat Nebserek: The Book of Souls.

Mediocre umpteenth part in the series, but certainly not bad. The film does not rely on the story and all logic is lost. The elaboration is not very bad for a B-movie. The film looks neat and the special effects are quite successful. Furthermore, the film contains a lot of action and some suspense. Not of a high level, but doable. The acting is just enough. Not exceptional, but could be much worse. 2.5/3.0
