"The fight for one is a fight for all"
'Saint Judy' tells the true story of Judy Wood, a single mother who moves to Los Angeles to work as an immigration attorney. She then represents an Afghan immigrant in a major lawsuit who was being prosecuted in her homeland for opening a girls' school. The immigration case, which goes to the Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, will ultimately result in a change in national asylum policy.
