Un Amour Impossible plot
Late 1950s. In Châteauroux, Rachel meets the brilliant Philippe, a young man from a middle-class family. Their passionate relationship is short-lived, but results in a daughter. When Philippe refuses marriage due to their different social backgrounds, Rachel has to raise their daughter alone. In the following years a struggle ensues between mother and father.
