Despite the fact that these documentaries are almost always one-way traffic and somewhat oversimplified, I do believe these 'Game Changers' in themselves. A piece of meat every now and then, fine, but meat is just not that great for the climate, the environment, our planet and (which is mainly about here) humans. And it simply offers little added value in terms of nutrition. But yes .. every now and then quite nice.

Interesting, entertaining documentary produced by James Cameron. Basically no more than a treatise on the myth that meat is necessary for protein, strength and optimal health, but done persuasively, in a non-pedonic way. Here and there the bombardment of facts and investigations is a bit tiresome, but fortunately there are also many nice interview fragments (especially Arnold Schwarzenegger is very funny) and the documentary is visually attractive.
