Serious high school student Dani Barnes is in senior year of high school. She dreams of going to the prestigious UC Davis University to study Veterinary Medicine. When Dani finally gets the attention of the boy she's been in love with for a long time, her uncluttered life is turned upside down. Her new boyfriend's ex is not happy with the attention Dani is getting from him and she suddenly does everything she can to become Dani's best friend.
