Kolonya Cumhuriyeti plot

Peker Mengen has been elected mayor of a remote town by making all kinds of promises, including arranging a visit from the prime minister and turning the town into a province. After consulting his advisers, Peker prepares a grand welcoming ceremony, but when the ceremony gets out of hand, the city of 5,000 suddenly becomes a country at war with the United States.
