The Silent Scream plot

Chuck Spillers is released from prison and tells his wife that he has a job with Martin Blueck, an old man who used to work in a concentration camp. He would be gone for a few days and needs a guard for his private collection of animals, which he trains on certain signals. They are trapped in a cage and can only come out at a certain sound, otherwise they are electrocuted. Chuck discovers that Blueck has a safe, but trying to open it will cost him dearly.

Still better than the first film in this series. The story itself is nicely conceived, but really exciting... no, unfortunately that is not possible. Especially towards the end, the whole setup seems unbelievable. Escape from the pet store to suddenly find yourself in a house in the middle of nowhere without explaining the whole situation to the police in advance. 4/10
