"In a time of corruption, evil hides in plain sight."
The year is 1933. As a result of an alcohol ban, many ordinary citizens turn to the criminal path. There are a lot of dirty cops, including Jack Malone, who extort criminals and demand money from them. Jack and his colleagues discover that a group of vampires led by Chesterfield wants to take over the town they work in. A fight begins between Jack and his men and Chesterfield and his band of vampires.
