Jack keeps busy with internships and travel planning during his gap year, but he always suspected that there was more to life than just work and travel. After meeting the beautiful Evelyn, Jack's life changes rapidly. Soon, through Evelyn and her charismatic friends, Jack finds himself in a whirlwind of parties and wild nights in special places in London. Jack gives up everything to follow Evelyn and her hedonistic lifestyle. It takes a while before he realizes what he's left behind. That's when he also realizes that love isn't a game he'd like to lose...

I found this a rather enjoyable film to watch, with a delightful Alma Jodorowsky (and a rather annoying Cara Delevigne..) I also quite like Will Poulter, with his always almost surprised/bewildered expression on his face...

A well-acted drama film starring a well-chosen Will Poulter, who is undoubtedly one of the best actors in the big screen. He receives support from a convincing cast, making the required chemistry truly effective and carrying some of the content. Kids in Love, however, also stands out for its aimless direction. There's some development, but nowhere a convincing essence or fitting conclusion. The characters always remain unsympathetic, unrecognizable, and/or dreamy. Once it's all over, you, as a viewer, will mostly shrug your shoulders.
