"You don't have to stop partying just because you've stopped breathing."
After their adventurous weekend with Bernie, Larry and Richard return to New York. There they are accused of embezzling a large sum of money and they are fired. The gentlemen cannot stomach that and they are looking for rehabilitation. A voodoo queen advises them to steal Bernie's corpse and then bring it back to life. The reborn Bernie will help Larry and Richard in their quest for the pot of money.
