A somewhat atypical horror film, and that works in this movie's favor. I do like this kind of humor. Moreover, the film is entirely carried by the trio. This is the first time I've seen Abigail Hardingham at work. Naturally a stunning presence, but she acts quite well. I hope to see more of her. It is the directorial debut of Ben and Chris Blaine, and I hope they can repeat this success. Furthermore, I don't want to explain too much about the film itself; just let yourself be surprised. Not that the plot is so complicated, but it is primarily the atmosphere and the uncomfortable tension within the trio that works so well.

Bizarre video that has a fun, interesting concept, but the execution isn't very good.

I understand that this film doesn't rely on terrifying ghost appearances or that it lacks suspenseful moments. The macabre love triangle takes center stage, but it fails to hold attention for an hour and a half. Much of the same and not really engaging to watch. It is not funny at all. Mediocre. 5/10

A distinctive film with good acting, specifically from Fiona O'Shaughnessy and Abigail Hardingham. They give shape to characters that are actually quite difficult to flesh out. Fortunately, brothers Ben and Chris Blaine provide enough depth to give the whole thing a unique flavor. The unfortunate thing is that Nina Forever ultimately gets stuck mostly in the same kinds of ideas and delves too little into aspects that turn out to be at least as interesting, such as Hardingham's eventual role. After a while, the Blaine brothers also fail to keep raising the atmosphere and opt for somewhat easier paths that make less of an impression. Unfortunately, the highlight occurs within the first 20 minutes when O'Shaughnessy appears for the first time, a moment that Nina Forever, with a somewhat bare twist, does not surpass.
