"Experience a Lesson in Real Bad Taste; Expect the Worst"
The severely deranged, disfigured psychopath Karl The Butcher escapes from an insane asylum after he manages to behead his guards. Karl isn't quite sure what to do with his newfound freedom, so he sets off on a long walk through the countryside. Meanwhile, he has fun killing every passerby who crosses the road.
