Skip.

A terrible third part, after the equally ridiculous part two of the Christmas horror series. This cheap-looking work falls short on all levels. Especially in the area of horror and gore. The story is idiotic, provided with substandard acting and is presented in a very long-winded manner. Just like part 2: skip it immediately.

Bad.

Part 1 is rightly labeled as a cult classic. Part 2 is literally a big rehash, but still had its moments here and there. Part 3 is a complete disaster.

The story of waking up from the coma and the telepathy is too ridiculous for words and is presented very boringly. Very big mistake to let the murders happen off screen. No gore and no creative murders that can still straighten out the long-winded story.

Also the last part that continues the previous storylines. Part 4 and part 5 have different storylines.

This 1 star is for the grandma (sad that the old woman still has to meet her end after being so good), for Eric DaRe who looked very 80's, that one big scary moment (when he comes through the front door with his two hands and starts to strangle that girlfriend), and to see Bill Moseley shine in an earlier picture (it's something different from The Devils Rejects).

Matter to say something about the film that tends to the positive side. Because believe me, this film is really to cry.

Strange sequel to a series that initially did not have the most quality, but the first part followed the slasher traditions in an entertaining way and the second part had a number of unforgettable horror moments. This third part then goes over a hallucinatory bow with a lot of dreamy scenes and a narrative that is loosely connected. Although this fact sometimes produces some beautiful images, most of it unfortunately goes to uninteresting characters, a lack of effective horror scenes and a finale that you will quickly forget. In fact, director Monte Hellman does not give the viewer any reason to look up this film, although bonus points can be given (to a very limited extent) for the fact that something different is tried.
