"Rise. Ruin. Revenge. Real Estate."
Jack was once a glitzy real estate agent, who after a top career ends up as a dingy slum landlord in a poorly maintained home. His only salvation is a friendship he develops with a young teenager named Billy, who helps him manage the property, keep him company and make him feel that life is still worth loving. After a 30-day demolition deadline is imposed on the property, Jack springs back into action. He immediately looks for a profitable solution to save the building to which he owes so much.

A fun film to watch .. screenplay is good and keeps you hooked till the end ..good mixture of comedy + crime ... cast is outstanding, especially James Jurdi and Jessica Clark, who almost steals the show. It has some good plot twists too...climax was very good....overall a good film to watch.
