In 'Of General Use' Steven Van Herreweghe invites some well-known and lesser-known people. They have one thing in common: they have all been on television at some point. He wants to get to know his guests better because they noticed him in the rich image archive of the VRT. Each and every one of them has made a special contribution to sixty-five years of public broadcasting. Together with them, Steven zooms in on their television moment from his homely studio and gives it a second life.
