Continuum plot
Kiera Cameron is a security officer in 2077 Vancouver. When eight ruthless terrorists known as Liber8 try to evade execution by using time travel, Kiera finds herself in 2012. With the help of 17-year-old computer genius Alec Sadler and Detective Carlos Fonnegra must survive Kiera in 2012 and stop Liber8 before they can change the course of history, and thus the future.

Entertaining science fiction series for in between that can also belong to the category of police series. Because with the science fiction part, not much is done this season. Except the time travel in the 1st episode.
The story isn't much, but it's well put together. Good mix of Action/Drama and without unnecessary side stories of meaningless characters. You notice that the writers have a clear plan with this story.
There is an excellent chemistry between the protagonists, although the acting level is not of a high level, but you can expect that of course. Fortunately, it never gets annoying.
Season 2 is on hiatus for me, maybe I'll give it a sequel soon.

Ok and a day later the whole series finished. At a certain point it became so complex that I thought it wiser to just binge the whole thing 
Understand the lower figure by now, there are many rushed ends to the plot, which also does not benefit the realism. I've caught myself several times thinking: oh they've cut a bit here because they expect the viewer to understand it implicitly too, otherwise we won't have enough time. Same as you saw in the last episodes of Jericho.
