The Dog Rescuers plot
Nearly a quarter of British households are dog owners. This makes the dog the nation's favorite pet. However, this is not always reflected in the way some owners treat their dogs. At the center are the officials of the RSPCA, the British animal protection organization who, dedicated to the rescue and welfare of dogs, among others, are charged with investigating reports of cruelty and neglect of these animals.
