The Apprentice plot

The series follows candidates who will compete for a job in Lord Alan Sugar's company. Each week they participate in an assignment. Each team has a team leader who leads that group for that task. The team that performs the best wins a reward and avoids the board. The losing team is called to the board of directors where their team leader is forced to choose two people from his/her team to join him/her there, and stand a chance of being fired. After 12 weeks, the best performing candidate will be offered a job in Lord Sugar's company.
