Overtreders plot

Agents and enforcers are monitored during their daily work. The camera goes along with various police forces and enforcement services throughout the country, but also with the Royal Netherlands Marechaussee and special investigating officers from public transport and ProRail. Nuisance situations and violations such as fare evasion, causing nuisance and urinating in public are highlighted. What considerations do law enforcement officers make, and how do people react when confronted about their behavior?
