Overhaulin' plot

A group of car builders, who have to work with a limited budget and a short time frame, transform a rust bucket into a beautiful custom-made car. Leading the team is Chip Foose, a design legend when it comes to custom cars and hot rods. Friends or family give up the owner of the car for the show and using a clever ruse, Chip Foose and Chris Jacobs take the car for a complete makeover without the owner's knowledge.
