The series revolves around the daily lives of women who work in the male-dominated world of hip-hop and R&B. The first two seasons focused on the personal and professional concerns of four women. The following seasons expanded to include talent managers, producers, DJs, radio hosts, stylists, video vixens, glamor models and groupies.
