Junk or Jackpot? plot

The series follows passionate collectors whose homes are so overflowing with their collections (ranging from comic book figures and rare dolls to pinball machines and miniature sets) that there's barely any room left for a normal living space. Bobby Berk steps in to help these people get their lives back on track through a "renovation intervention." He guides the homeowners through the process of sorting through their belongings and having them appraised by experts. The emotional challenge lies in deciding which cherished items to sell to raise the funds for the much-needed home renovation.
