Families who completely change their lives and move to another place in Europe to start a new life are followed for a year. Often they have a big dream that they want to realize in their new place. What does it mean for the families to leave everything in the Netherlands behind, and then start completely fresh in the pursuit of their dream in an unknown foreign country? Along the way, the families encounter all kinds of bumps and potholes, making it often uncertain whether their dream will come true.
