The Netherlands has a large housing shortage. What if you graduate soon and end up on the street with your two-year-old daughter? Presenter Rachel Rosier comes to the rescue of people who are urgently looking for a home. Together with architect Maarten Nieuwenhuize and interior stylist Odette Simons, she helps nine candidates with 'out of the box' housing solutions. In this way, suitable solutions are sought, where no possibility remains undiscussed. In this time of great housing shortage, it is precisely those undiscovered opportunities that are more important than ever. However hopeless the situation may be, 'De HuizenFixers' do everything they can to give these people a home.
