Nicole Buch dives into the world of some of the Top 600 criminals in Amsterdam. The Top 600 is the approach taken by 600 people who have committed a relatively large number of high-impact offenses in recent years. From the Top 600, the municipality of Amsterdam works together with the police, the Public Prosecution Service, the GGD, and the Preventive Intervention Team to reduce high-impact crimes. Every person on the Top 600 list has a director. These are people from different organizations who ensure that the Top 600 people are helped in the right way with punishment and care. Nicole follows the perpetrators on their way to a new life. She also speaks with victims and the Top 600 team.
