BOOS plot

Online consumer program, in which Tim, often together with sidekick/editor/producer Marije, sets to work to solve the problem of a participant that this person has submitted to the editors. These problems can vary widely: one participant has problems with the landlord and another with his employer. The team behind the program first finds out how the problem works legally, and Tim then goes with the participant in search of the opposing party to recover.
