Will Smith plans to lose 10 pounds over 20 weeks and get back in shape after letting himself go a little too much in recent years. For this, he draws up a strict fitness regime. He also wants to finish work on his memoirs during this time. Once he begins this challenge, he realizes that most of the work should actually be devoted to his mental health. In between workouts, Smith experiences the necessary personal and mental struggles.
