In the run-up to Christmas, Kefah Allush follows in the footsteps of four women who played an important role in the spread of the Christian faith: he delves into the lives of Mary Magdalene; Mary, the mother of Jesus; Helena Augusta and Nino of Georgia. All four were a driving force behind the rise of early Christianity. What was their relationship with Jesus? And what do we learn from them about the position of women in the early church and society of that time? Kefah explores the life of Jesus and the impact of his message on the world from a new perspective. Before that, he travels through Turkey, France, Poland, Israel and Georgia and meets all kinds of people along the way who help him further in his quest.
