The Masked Singer plot

Singing competition in which twelve famous Dutch people, masked and dressed in special costumes, compete with each other. Before a participant starts performing, a short film appears in which he or she gives a number of hints about their own identity in a distorted voice; not all hints given match. The participant then performs masked and sings live, without the voice being distorted, for the audience and the jury. Two panels do their utmost to find out the identity of the characters. The contestant with the fewest audience votes will have to reveal themselves at the end of the episode.
