Charmed plot

After discovering that they are descended from a long line of witches, three sisters must battle demons and wizards - and sometimes even each other. When the beautiful Halliwell sisters inherit their grandmother's house and find a secret book titled "Book of Shadows," they discover that each of them possesses a unique power. The strong-willed Prue (Shannen Doherty) can move objects, the reticent Piper (Holly Marie Combs) can stop time and the impulsive Phoebe (Alyssa Milano) can see into the future. Individually they are strong, but they can only protect innocent people and overcome evil if they put aside their differences and unite as the "Power of Three".
