Great doubts and unanswered questions about family ties leave deep marks in the lives of some people. Because living in limbo, whether it be war children, adoption cases, or the suspicion that they were the result of adultery, causes a lot of grief. In this program people are helped with this, so that the ambiguities and denials in their lives can be ended once and for all. The guests in this program first explain why there are serious doubts about family ties. DNA is then taken from all known or suspected family members for confirmation. Then one gets the redeeming result. Is it the answer they expect? And can they now move on with their lives?
