Are You Afraid of the Dark? plot

"The Midnight Society" is a secret society that gathers around a campfire every Saturday night in the woods. The group consists of teenagers Betty-Ann, Eric, Kirsten, David, Kiki, Frank and Gary, who try to scare each other with blood-curdling stories. Gary is the leader of the couple, and decides who gets to tell his story. The chosen one then throws some sand into the fire, gives a name to his concoction, and the viewer then becomes a witness to the story. The topics are always different but have one thing in common: all are about ghostly supernatural things.
