Thuisfront plot

A group of Dutch soldiers travels home. They have been on an international mission in Uruzgan, Afghanistan. Everyone is still struggling with the consequences of the violent event that took place there. How do they deal with this when they get home? And how does the home front react? A tragic event brings them back together, exposing old wounds. With the war still raging in their heads, they struggle for recognition on the home front. Some of them are prepared to take the ultimate act, others try to prevent escalation.
