The Royals plot

The Royals tells a fictionalized version of the life of the British royal family. King Simon is the head of state and he is assisted by his wife, Queen Helena. The latter has a lot to do with her two youngest children: the rather hedonistic twins Liam and Eleanor. The planned heir to the throne, eldest son Robert, is believed to have died, forcing Liam to unexpectedly be groomed for the throne. However, the life of the royal family never goes as planned.
