The Feed plot
In the near future, people's brains will be directly connected through The Feed. Every interaction, every emotion, every memory can be shared instantly. Fun, but also very addictive. Tom and Kate think so too and they try to 'kick the habit' from their addiction. Rehab is a bit tricky because Tom's father, Lawrence Hatfield, invented The Feed. But when things go wrong and users become murderous, the family is driven apart as they struggle to control the monster they've unleashed.
