Strange World plot

Brilliant military scientist Paul Turner investigates criminal activity. Paul is terminally ill and his investigations therefore mainly focus on criminals who carry out unethical experiments, threaten to use biological weapons or cause environmentally threatening situations. However, he encounters a mysterious group with malicious intent.
