Oliver is a civil servant who works at a post office and takes care of undelivered mail. Together with Rita, Norman and Rita, he tries in all kinds of ways to find out for whom the various mail items are intended. Their determination often lands them in unpredictable situations where letters and parcels from the past save lives, solve crimes, reunite old loves and change futures.
