Private detective Frank Hathaway has always worked alone, but recently he has had money problems and is no longer in the best physical condition. He actually needs someone like Lu: a former hairdresser with tons of people skills, only he doesn't know it yet. Eventually, the two join forces to form a unique and amusing detective duo. Frank and Lu discover that nothing is as beautiful as it seems in their small village. Welcome to Stratford-Upon-Avon, where petty criminals are dealt with harshly.
