Resident Alien plot
An alien named Harry makes an emergency landing on Earth. Harry takes on the identity of a doctor and begins to live a simple life in a small Colorado town. Things get a little tricky, though, when he tries to solve a local murder and realizes he must assimilate into his new world. Slowly, he begins to grapple with the moral dilemma of his secret mission on Earth - eventually asking the question, "Are humans worthy of being saved?"

Towards the end of this 2nd season, it is clearly all a bit less, with certainly the 16th episode being a bit of a low point. I fear that the 3rd season will continue on this. Maybe you've just had it after 20 episodes?
Up to episode 10 I easily give a nice 7/10, but for episodes 11 to 16 it is more of a small 6, so a total of about 6.5/10, I will go for 3.5 instead of 3/5.
