Pulse plot
Young ER doctor Danielle "Danny" Simms works in Miami's busiest trauma center. One day, she gets an unexpected promotion when the respected Chief Resident, Dr. Xander Phillips, with whom she is also secretly dating, is suspended. But when a devastating hurricane hits, the hospital goes into full lockdown. Danny and Xander are now forced to work together to contain the chaos.
