Onisciente plot

In the near future, citizens are constantly being chased by a small, almost imperceptible drone that collects information from the person it is linked to. This has brought the crime rate down to almost zero as criminals know for sure that they can be caught very quickly. The omniscient system works perfectly until a girl named Nina discovers a murder. However, the system does not report it. Nina decides to investigate the murder herself, but will have to outsmart her personal surveillance drone to uncover the truth.
