One Summer plot

Billy and Icky are two boys from Liverpool. They don't follow the law, haven't been to school in months, and have made enemies. Billy comes from a dysfunctional, broken family. He has a gambling addict mother and a sister who hates him. Icky comes from a family of ten children and would not be missed by his family. One day the boys go camping in Wales with their school class. The boys meet a man who used to be a teacher. A bond is formed.
