Mistresses plot

You don't just wake up one morning thinking you want to be someone's mistress. That just happens. Mistresses is set in a world where friends have taken over the traditional role of family. We follow the ups and downs of a group of friends who met each other at university. Since then, their lives have been very different. Doctor Katie, the 'adult' of the club, has been having an affair with a patient for some time. Her best friend Trudi mourns her husband, who was killed in the September 11 attacks. Jessica gives the others a lot of gossip and other fun with her uncontrolled way of life.
