I thought this was a really good, exciting, and captivating French series. The acting was also exceptionally good, especially by the magnificent Razat.

It was about a long-running case in the beautiful city of Perpignan. But it's also about a problem that's only getting worse.

Young women can hardly walk around alone at night anywhere anymore without problems...

Watched this series in one Sunday, I liked it so much.

A great series, based on true events. Newcomer Flore finds herself in a world of male detectives and must navigate all the events that entails. Razat delivers excellent acting. It's a fairly modest and realistic series, with some intense and suspenseful moments. There are still a few threads that could make a second season possible, but it would veer more towards fiction, which isn't a problem at this level.

Les Disparues de la Gare is a classic French police thriller based on a true crime story that has been partially fictionalized for the series. The six-part series starts off engagingly, but becomes increasingly predictable and slow as the finale approaches. The characters' sometimes implausible private concerns also seem considerably exaggerated.

Nevertheless, a vicious and drawn-out crime case unfolds at a pleasant pace, without excessive sensationalism, a case that began in the mid-90s and caused quite a stir in France at the time. Moreover, as we have come to expect from good French cinema, the series is carried by excellent actors. Fortunately, this is no different in Les Disparues de la Gare. A solid crime series for fans of Sambre and The Long Shadow.
