Take a look at it all.
Was quite impressed with the first season. Powerful film adaptation of one of the most interesting criminal gangs in the Netherlands. The betrayal and the players involved are worth a series ansich in my opinion. That hasn't happened yet, so this series is all we have of that so far.
Gijs Naber as Willem Holleeder, I also find impressive here. Very convincing and the accent is very similar. Rifka as Astrid was also very strong.
This season, unlike the previous one, is a courtroom drama. I admit, you have to love that. I'm a huge fan of that, that's why this season could certainly appeal to me. The only downside to this season is that in the present at that moment. Nothing more happened. Therefore, all interesting events are, in fact, the events that take place in the past. And of course, you also know how it ends.
I think the actor who plays Peter R in this season is a little less strong than the previous one. Appearance is strong and so is the way of walking etc. Only the voice and also a little way of speaking. Doesn't quite match.
