Haunted by the memory of a terrorist attack that killed his colleagues and left the president disabled, former elite soldier Woo Chae-woon has dedicated his life to tracking down those responsible. Methodically studying the survivors of that fateful day, Chae-woon becomes even more suspicious after discovering that Yoon Ja-yu's company has made record profits in the years since the attack.
